Payments
Payment is expected on the day of your visit.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Health Spending / Flexible Spending Accounts. We also accept payment by Check from returning patients.
Insurance
To maintain the highest level of patient care, we do not participate in managed care/insurance plans. This decision enables us to spend the necessary time with patients to ensure the absolute best results.
For patients carrying dental insurance, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. Patients are responsible for the amount not covered by the insurance company, on the day of your visit. If payment from the insurance company has not been received within 90 days, patients will then be responsible for the total amount due, and any reimbursement will be directed to you.
